  • - An opacity projected in the right upper lobe, superimposed over the medial end of the right clavicle. - Appearance are highly suspicious of an intrapulmonary nodule. - Normal heart and mediastinum. - Left lung clear - CT with IV contrast of the thorax and upper abdomen advised for further evaluation.
