Clinical Presentation
Swollen right elbow (right handed) with tenderness on the radial side Painful flexion/extension and pronation/supination. No history of trauma or signs of neurovascular damage.
- 1Frontal and dorsal fat pad sign (aka sail sign).Radiolucent line through the growth plate of the capitellum
- 2The presence of joint fluid is confirmed.Air crescent is noted in the lateral aspect of the capitellum.The entire growth plate is affected.
