Clinical Presentation
Cough and left sided chest pain.
- 1The patient is mildly rotated
- 2There is some minor retrocardiac left lower lobe consolidation in keeping with a pneumonia.Incidental curvilinear osseous structure in the lower side of the neck on the left side
- 3It curves laterally which is atypical for a cervical rib
- 4The lateral end is adjacent to and possibly articulates with the medial angle of the scapula
- 5The scapula is elevated
- 6This is in keeping with an omovertebral bone and Sprengel shoulder.
