CT performed for patient in severe sepsis and respiratory compromise.
- 1Gross atrophy of the right sided pelvis musculature.The psoas, right pelvic side wall and gluteus musculture is severely atrophic if not completely replaced by fat.Incidental gallstones and bilateral lower lobe consolidation.
