Clinical Presentation
A 35-year-old male presents to the Emergency Department following an acute mechanical injury, complaining of severe pain, deformity, and restricted joint movement.
- 1An irregular lucent line is observed traversing through the proximal metaphysis of the 5th metatarsal, approximately 3cm from the tip of the styloid process.
