A adult patient presents to the Emergency Department following an acute mechanical trauma with severe localised bony pain, deformity, and restricted joint movement.
- 1Pathognomonic focal bony/articular architectural disruption, localised cortical remodeling, and marrow signal alteration confirming Posterior cruciate ligament tear on Plain Radiograph (X-ray).
