Clinical Presentation
Incidental finding on a routine medical.
- 1Blurring of the right heart border with apparent opacification of the right cardiophrenic angle.
- 2Posterior ribs are unusually horizontal, and some are angled superiorly (steep ribs).
- 3Heart is displaced to the left without true cardiomegaly.
- 4No pleural effusion or active focal consolidation.
