Clinical Presentation
26-year-old with history of previous tuberculosis.
- 1Right-sided inferior rib notching affecting the 5th to 8th ribs (remaining ribs spared).
- 2Normal left-sided aortic knuckle and left-sided heart without cardiac enlargement.
- 3Linear shadows in both lung bases (likely scarring or atelectasis).
- 4Blunting of costophrenic angles (small pleural effusions or thickening).
