Clinical Presentation
Shortness of breath.
- 1Cardiomegaly with background median sternotomy wires (previous CABG).
- 2Prominent interstitial markings with classic Kerley B lines at the lung bases.
- 3Upper lobe blood diversion (cephalization) and bronchial wall thickening (peribronchial cuffing).
- 4Tracheal deviation to the right, likely due to an unfolded aorta in this hyperinflated chest.
