45-year-old male non-smoker with rheumatoid arthritis.
- 1Extensive bilateral ground-glass opacification with relative subpleural sparing and apical sparing.
- 2Fine reticulation intermixed with ground glass, primarily affecting the mid and lower zones.
- 3Traction bronchiolectasis is present but lacking outright honeycombing cysts.
